How to connect QuickBooks Online to EasyCSV

  1. Log into EasyCSV
  2. Create a new sheet import page on EasyCSV.io using an example CSV file or Google Sheet of what you want to import into QuickBooks (shown how-to in video above).
  3. After the page is created, choose QuickBooks as the integration, choose to create Invoices, and connect your QuickBooks Online account, or open Sheet Details / Import Flow to connect.
  4. Then follow the directions below to map spreadsheet columns to the correct fields in QuickBooks.

How do I map spreadsheet column names to QuickBooks fields?

Use the EasyCSV feature: "Field Mappings". You will find it at the top of your sheet import page if you are logged into EasyCSV and are the admin.

For each QuickBooks field you want populated, create a new field mapping.

Select the column value you want pushed into specific QuickBooks fields for invoices and related data.

How do I disconnect EasyCSV from my QuickBooks company?

You can disconnect from EasyCSV in either of these ways:

  1. From EasyCSV: Navigate to one of your EasyCSV Flows using your QuickBooks connection, click the "Import Data Flow" link at the top, and click the "disconnect company from EasyCSV" link below your QuickBooks account.
  2. From QuickBooks: After logging into Quickbooks > Click Integrations at the top > Manage Integrations > in the 3-dot menu next to EasyCSV, click to Disconnect.

If you disconnect, you will need to reconnect your QuickBooks account to EasyCSV to resume imports.
